2油溫上來了,放入兩塊生薑和排骨翻炒(去腥)待肉炒熟至表皮微焦,放入適量辣椒、豆瓣醬、大蒜

3排骨最好盛出後再炒料,避免粘鍋

4料出香味兒後,放入排骨翻炒,再加入適量水(最好沒過排骨)水沸騰後加入適量鹽

5水沸騰大約五分鐘後,加入土豆後蓋上鍋蓋,中火燜煮大約15分鐘

6土豆燜熟後調至小火收汁,加入長蔥(不小心被我切成短蔥了?)、味精、雞精等調料(姐姐懷孕,我就不放了)翻炒
