五花肉: 150克, 筍: 200克, 糍粑辣椒: 兩小勺, 蒜蓉: 適量, 生抽,蚝油: 各少許

2步驟一 熏筍泡發 控干水分切片備用

3步驟二 熱鍋不需要倒油 將筍乾煸 煸乾的筍盛出備用 註:(干煸主要是去水氣)

4步驟三 將五花肉倒入鍋中煸出油脂
