步驟
1五花肉加蔥姜,放入鍋里煮,水開了之後煮二十分鐘就差不多了

2然後把肉肉撈起來,晾涼,切成方塊

3砂鍋里先鋪一層大蔥

5把切好的方塊肉皮朝下,緊緊密密地碼進去

6把冰糖灑在肉上面,然後注入黃酒到砂鍋的七分滿,按自己的鹹淡口味放入醬油,蓋上蓋子開始大火燒開

7燒開後揭開蓋子,撇去浮沫

8然後把火關小,文火燜煮兩個小時

9換成燉盅,把肉塊全部肉皮朝下碼進燉盅,包一層錫紙,放進蒸鍋蒸兩個小時
