1阿膠棗(超市都有)、糯米、椰蓉(根據口味)

2糯米放入多半碗的量(根據人數)用水浸泡4小時以上

3阿膠棗切條狀(根據口味)

4把糯米控干水分,放入鍋中中火蒸製15分鐘左右

515分鐘後加入開水(一定是開水)攪拌,成粥狀(一定不用加太多不宜煮),繼續蒸製30分鐘

6蒸製好後用筷子試試粘度,(勺子按壓成面狀效果更好)

7放入模具(在模具下層放入保鮮膜更易成型)用阿膠棗一層一層的放入,層次放入

8整好後蓋一層保鮮膜(塑料袋也可)
