1榴槤肉用攪拌棒打成泥

2吉利丁粉提前放入牛奶里泡一會,然後加熱讓吉利丁粉融化,倒入盛榴槤泥的盆里攪拌均勻

3淡奶油加糖打到有紋路即可

5取一片七寸戚風蛋糕片放入七寸模具里,因為最後還要裱花修形,所以就直接用七寸戚風蛋糕片就行

6一層蛋糕片一層慕斯液,再一層蛋糕片一層慕斯液
