原料
澄粉: 15克, 粘米粉: 25克, 糖分: 25克, 糯米粉: 30克, 玉米油: 15克, 火龍果汁(或橙汁或牛奶): 115克, 餡料(紅豆沙或栗蓉或蓮蓉): 自定, 熟糯米粉: 適量
步驟
1各種粉類混合加入果汁或牛奶攪拌均勻

2在步驟1中加入玉米油,攪拌均勻

3裝入陶瓷器皿,蓋上蓋子,放進蒸籠中蒸煮20分鐘

4蒸好後(插入筷子查看一下,如果還是水狀就再蒸一會兒),端出器皿,趁熱翻拌,放至溫熱,揉成光滑麵糰

5等分成幾分(根據模具大小),餡料也分成幾分搓圓,包入冰皮中,用模具壓出成行,最後撒一些熟糯米粉(糯米粉炒至微黃,沒有生粉味)
