土雞: 1000g, 鮮山藥: 350g, 蟲草花: 50g, 姜: 3片, 紅棗: 6個, 鹽: 適量, 醋: 適量
步驟
1蟲草花洗凈後用熱水泡十分鐘左右

2土雞去內臟,洗凈,砍成適量大小的塊狀

3山藥去皮後切片,泡到放了醋的水中

4涼水下雞塊和薑片,把雞塊的血水去掉
