1超市買的內餡,如圖,中文應該是鮭魚肉鬆+烤鮭魚籽;

2準備一鍋新鮮燒好的米飯,趁熱拌入少許海鹽和橄欖油(我用的葡萄籽油)

3取適量噴香的米飯,稍壓扁後包入一勺魚籽魚鬆內餡

4雙手用力捏成三角形(圓形方形都可以哈),儘量捏緊,避免加熱後散開

5平底鍋稍微抹一層薄油,中小火烘烤至一面有點焦色後翻面

6將2面都烘烤上色,分別抹上魚籽抹醬,再稍稍烘一下就好了
