黃油: 75克, 展藝細砂糖: 50克, 雞蛋: 38克, 展藝低筋粉: 150克, 椰子油: 30+20克, 展藝純正椰蓉: 適量
步驟
1黃油室溫軟化後加30克的椰子油和細砂糖一起用矽膠刮刀先拌勻,再用電動打蛋器打發

2加入雞蛋用電動打蛋器充分打融合

5將麵糰在矽膠墊上擀成厚約0.3厘米的面片

6擀好用心型餅乾模刻壓出心形面片形狀

7將面片移到不粘烤盤上有距離的擺放好

8再用小一圈的同款心形餅乾模在刻出形狀的面片中間刻出小心形,不要全刻小心形,留一些不刻的實心面片

9拿掉刻出的小心形面片,空心面片和實心面片數量要一樣

10用字母餅乾刻模在空心的心形面片上刻出字母花紋

11烤箱預熱上下火170度,烤12分鐘左右至餅乾表面呈金黃色即可出爐
