1酸奶提前做好

4蛋白打法,分三次加糖,適當加幾滴白醋,打法到硬性發泡,可以拉出三角形尖尖

6混合攪拌均勻,混合的時候不能劃圈,我都是三分之一蛋白加到蛋黃液的碗里,然後從碗的一遍劃到另一邊,不要和攪拌雞蛋一樣打圈,側切的那種手法攪拌均勻,倒入模具種。震幾下把氣泡震下來蛋糕才會更細膩,放在烤盤上,烤盤加水,這叫水浴半烤半蒸的蛋糕
