1將干粽繩用開水燙煮兩三分鐘至柔軟,撈出後用冷水沖凈,備用

2糯米、黃米混合後淘凈,加入蔓越莓干拌勻

3選2-3片粽葉,把這些粽葉錯開摺疊,即上面的粽葉壓住下面粽葉一半即可。把粽葉摺疊成漏斗形狀。將混和了蔓越莓的雜糧米放入,米和漏鬥口持平即可,太少了粽子很癟,太多了包不住
