2茄子切成手指粗細的長條 隔水蒸熟

9放鹽雞精調味 (因為之前已經放了豆瓣醬和醬油 而且我放的紅油辣椒也有鹹味 口淡的就可以不用放鹽了)最後盛盤就OK 再來一碗米飯 簡直了 好吃好吃
