高筋麵粉: 280克, 黃油: 30克, 水: 160克, 乾酵母: 1小勺(5ML), 細砂糖: 50克, 鹽: 1/4小勺(1.25ML), 奶粉: 12克, 雞蛋: 一個, 椰蓉: 60克, 黃油: 30克, 雞蛋: 一個, 細砂糖: 50克
步驟
1把黃油融化,放入雞蛋、白糖攪拌均勻

2再加入椰蓉攪拌。製作成椰蓉餡。用時把椰蓉餡均分成8等份

3麵粉發酵好後,取出按壓排氣,分成8份,揉成小麵糰,靜置10分鐘左右
