2鍋內倒適量油待油溫熱打入雞蛋,用筷子打散成雞蛋塊,炒熟炒散,裝盤晾涼備用~

3黃瓜洗凈,用擦絲器擦絲裝盆,加入1丟丟精鹽,用洗乾淨的手揉搓黃瓜~

4將黃瓜揉出汁水倒掉,攥干水份,剁成細碎末~
