原料
肥腸, 洋蔥, 蒜片, 薑片, 八角 一粒, 料酒, 醬油, 鹽, 五香粉
步驟
1先把肥腸洗過後,然後把裡面那面翻出來,倒上適量植物油和醋,一陣搓揉,就把那些滑滑的東東洗出來了,偶反覆洗了好多遍,呵呵...用清水洗凈,再燒開水,把洗好的肥腸放入內,煮三十分鐘左右把肥腸煮到酥爛,撈起泡冷水中,再清洗一遍就可以了,肥腸切段洋蔥切成片備用

2熱鍋涼油,把薑片、蒜片爆出香味(蒜可以多放,有道菜還叫爛蒜肥腸呢)

3加一顆八角,把肥腸放進鍋中翻炒幾下

4倒入一勺料酒和一勺醬油,繼續再炒幾下

5放入切成片的洋蔥,和肥腸一起炒

6加入適量五香粉,又加了一點點醬油提色,再炒幾下
