原料
蝦 15隻(不算大), 主料:, 油菜 一小把(我放的有點少了,借著蝦味很好吃), 火腿丁和熟玉米粒 小半碗, 調料:, 配料:, 澱粉, 蔥花, 薑末, 鹽, 油, 料酒, 胡椒粉
步驟
1蝦用牙籤在背部挑去蝦線,去頭尾和外殼(頭尾殼的吃法)

2洗凈剁成泥,加料酒胡椒粉少許鹽拌上勁

3取一平盤放上一層干澱粉,將蝦泥分成等量的份數放在盤中

4在上面再撒上干澱粉,然後逐一將嚇泥滾成球,在按扁成蝦餅

5鍋中放水燒至微沸,放入蝦餅,改小火煮1分鐘(煮蝦的水先不要倒),撈出

6油菜切寸段用少許油鹽蔥姜清炒後盛出放盤中墊底

7鍋中再放少許油放火腿丁和熟玉米粒蔥姜炒香放蝦餅和煮蝦的水(半飯勺即可)

8再放少許鹽大火半分鐘至汁收濃即可
