小技巧
1、土豆最好是這種小土豆哈,大土豆只能切塊 2、土豆洗乾淨。去皮不去皮都可以。看個人喜歡哈。做這個我一般不喜歡去皮 3、土豆蒸熟或者放少許清水煮熟都可以。我一般都是蒸熟 4、煎土豆的時候喜歡放點蒜粒跟干辣椒,會更有味些 5、煎的焦的程度自己看著辦哈。隨意。
