原料
糯米粉 200g, 蓮蓉或豆沙或其它餡 適量, 炒香的白芝麻 少許, 紅糖 少許, 水 250ml
步驟
1把水(或者椰奶)和糯米粉混合均勻

2揉成合適的麵糰(糯米粉和水分的比例不一定哈,要看實際情況調整)

3然後分成大小均勻的丸子,搓圓

4依次包入您喜歡的餡兒,紅豆沙,白豆沙,黑芝麻,蓮蓉,紫薯,香芋都行(餡兒可以提前搓成小球球放冰箱稍微冷凍一會兒這樣比較好包)

5包完所有湯圓

6開水下鍋煮至全部浮起(如果湯圓餡兒事先凍過,就等浮起後再稍微多煮一會兒),然後用漏勺撈起,放入碟子

7用小竹籤把兩三個湯圓串起來,撒上紅糖和炒香的白芝麻,就好啦
