原料
純牛奶 一合, 抹茶粉 一匙, 巧克力醬 三匙, 糖 適量, 粟粉 40—50克, 椰蓉 適量
步驟
1備好各種材料

2粟粉大概40克的樣子

3加入少許純牛奶攪勻

4剩下的牛奶下奶鍋,開中火

5加入一匙抹茶粉

6加糖,我這匙子小加了五匙的樣子

8三匙就很香濃了,糖一樣是五匙

9中火攪拌到沒有顆粒均勻了就行

10加入粟粉醬

11攪啊攪,開始粘稠可以關火,繼續攪拌成醬。然後放入容器里晾涼,再放入冰箱。

12幾個小時後取出切方塊
