原料
即食燕麥片 50克, 核桃仁 50克, 低筋麵粉 100克, 植物油 100克, 雞蛋 50克, 小蘇打 0.8克, 白糖 40克
步驟
1植物油加入雞蛋和白糖

2然後用電動打蛋器打二分鐘左右

3低筋麵粉加小蘇打混合均勻過篩

6核桃仁提前用150度的烤箱烤八分鐘左右。因為核桃仁在餅乾內部,所以要烤一會兒大約八成熟再放入餅乾中,如果是裝飾在表面可不用烤

7針核桃切成碎粒也倒入容器中
