2中火無油翻炒10mins,至聽見花生皮爆裂聲,同時聞到花色香氣即可。翻炒時可控制火候,隨時觀察以免糊~ 此步可選烤箱代替,200°C左右 15mins。烤的時候自己留意觀察,調節溫度,以免糊了~

3給熟花生去皮。

4炒製去皮的花生降至470g,分成100g/份(4份),剩下的70g一份。 每100g進行研磨成花生粉,選擇『『點動』』模式,大約4次~

5剩下的70g花生用保鮮袋裝好,用擀麵杖壓成小塊。
