花生米: 170g, 雞蛋: 1個, 麵粉(澱粉): 70g, 白芝麻: 5g–10g, 白糖: 100g
步驟
1準備材料~

2將花生米倒入盆中,打入雞蛋~ 用筷子打散,掛勻蛋液~ 倒入澱粉(麵粉)~ 攪勻,讓每一粒花生米都裹上麵粉(如圖)~

3可用手輔助裹勻~

4鍋內倒適量油,高溫將油燒熱~ 待油溫燒至7層熱時,慢慢倒入花生米,轉小火炸至~ 不時用勺子翻動,炸的均勻~ 炸至薑黃色,不是金黃色,能聽見鍋內劈了啪啦聲音,在稍微炸一會就好啦(炸油倒出)~ ⭐⭐: 炸花生米都是一樣道理,外表要是炸金黃裡面就糊啦,因為熱油的餘溫還在加熱~

5炸好撈出裝盤控油~

6鍋內留些底油直接放入白糖,轉最小火熬制(不用刷鍋,和琥珀核桃做法一樣噠)~ 藉助鏟子輕拌,至融化~ 熬制白糖融化,呈淺琥珀色(我這是黑天照的,顯的深了,熬時間長就糊啦苦啦)~ 關火,倒入炸好的花生米和白芝麻~
