2蔥洗凈切末備好~

3將雞腿洗凈去骨切小塊(我用剪刀去骨,在切小塊),土豆去皮洗凈切小塊備用~

4❤腌調料汁: 將腌制調料中所有調料倒入碗內,攪拌均勻成調料汁~

5將調料的2/3倒入雞肉塊中,1/3倒入土豆塊中(不介意造型的可將雞肉和土豆放一起倒入調料汁)~

6攪拌混合均勻,蓋上保鮮膜放冰箱腌制至少3小時(我都是頭天晚上腌,第二天早上做特別入味)~

7將腌好的土豆放入模具中,不要倒入腌制出的湯水(用的是8寸披薩模具)~

8在鋪上腌好的雞腿肉~

9烤箱預熱230°,上下火,中層,烤30分鐘~
