茄子: 6根, 黃豆醬: 適量, 蒜: 半頭, 辣椒: 兩個, 植物油: 適量, 清水: 適量
步驟
1茄子洗凈去蒂,擦乾水分,一定要擦乾,熱鍋放炒菜的油就好,小火把茄子煎軟,別煎糊了,煎的過程中用筷子戳幾個小洞,讓熱氣散出來,否則容易爆開燙傷
