步驟
1製作蛋糕底,蛋糕底的做法,我已經做過多遍了,具體做法請參照「迷你芒果夏洛特」。擠出比模具稍大的螺旋狀圓形,然後再用模具壓出形狀,蛋糕片就牢牢的固定在裡面了

2蛋糕體:奶油芝士+糖打到順滑

4黑巧克力加入到芝士糊中拌勻

5吉利丁片冷水泡軟,加入到熱水中融化。緩緩倒入芝士糊中拌勻

6鮮奶油打到8分發

9蛋糕頂層:鮮奶油+巧克力,小火融化

10蛋糕取出,將巧克力溶液倒入蛋糕頂部,抹平脫模
