原料
糖水粉: 一小碗, 燒仙草: 2小包, 蓮子: 一小把, 西米: 少許, 黑珍珠: 少許, 蔓越莓: 少許, 牛奶/椰奶: 一瓶, 黑糖: 少許
步驟
1取出2份燒仙草,白色紅薯粉2小袋,黑色仙草粉2小袋,白色澱粉先用冷水化開;

2燒開950ml左右的水,沸騰後轉小火,加入2小袋仙草粉,攪勻,再加入化好的紅薯粉;

3攪勻後關火,靜置放涼,用水果刀切開就成仙草凍了;

4將蓮子洗凈後加入高壓鍋內,加少許水約莫蓋過蓮子,加糖後煮15分鐘左右;

5燒一鍋水,將糖水粉煮熟後撈出,西米及黑珍珠依次煮熟後燜一會兒,熟透後撈出;

6將仙草凍、西米、黑珍珠、蓮子、糖水粉及蔓越莓裝碗,倒入牛奶或椰奶,加黑糖即可享用。
