西芹: 250G, 番茄: 1個, 培根: 80g, 油: , 鹽: , 蒜: , 白糖:
步驟
1西芹洗凈,撕掉老的筋,斜切成菱形備用;

2番茄一個洗凈,切成適量大小的塊備用;

3鍋中燒開水,下油和鹽,把西芹下鍋焯一下然後過涼水瀝干 ;

4鍋中放一點底油,把切小了的培根下鍋煎香兩面;

5然後下蒜蓉爆香

6倒入西芹翻炒均勻;

7加入番茄塊也炒勻,調入少許鹽調味,少許白糖提鮮即可!

小技巧
西芹也可以不焯水直接下去炒,我是原想著拌著吃的,後來轉念一想就變成炒的了; 番茄也可不放,或者生的切來放邊上裝飾亦可,個人喜歡吃半生不熟的啊,哈!
