2西紅柿用開水燙一下,把皮剝掉,切成小塊

4鍋中放油,把豆腐放入煎

6煎到兩面金黃後拿出來

7鍋中余油,放入蔥姜炒出香味後倒入西紅柿丁,加鹽,花椒麵,白糖,炒出湯汁,在加一點清水

8倒入煎好的豆腐,慢慢熬制,讓湯汁粘稠

9先把豆腐拿出來擺盤,剩下的番茄汁加入蒜末,雞精,然後倒在豆腐上

小技巧
豆腐煎完不容易入味,所以番茄汁要多一些,口味絕味重一點,吃的時候豆腐上多帶點湯汁。味道酸甜還有豆腐的豆香,很是美味
