玉米: 兩根, 雞蛋: 兩個, 金針菇: 半塊, 節瓜: 半隻, 瘦肉: 小半碗, 油、鹽、糖、生抽,生粉(腌肉用): 少許, 生粉: 半碗, 韭黃: 少許
步驟
1放適量的水先煮開

2水開後放入切好的玉米粒,玉米芯不要扔哦,一起扔進去煮十分鐘後再丟棄

3煮玉米時把肉切丁,放油、鹽,糖,生粉,生抽腌好備用

4節瓜,金針菇,韭黃切粒備用

5十分鐘後放入金針菇、節瓜繼續煮至節瓜成半透明,再放肉粒煮熟後放鹽調味

6隨後準備勾芡的生粉水,圖片分量太少了,我一共加了兩次生粉水

7邊倒入生粉水邊攪拌,最後成湯羹狀
