原料
高筋麵粉: 388克, 奶粉: 15克, 煉乳: 70克, 牛奶: 158克, 鹽: 5克, 細砂糖: 45克, 天然酵種: 97克, 酵母: 2克, 草雞蛋: 1個30克入麵糰,留下一點刷表面, 椰子油: 40克, 椰蓉餡: 雞蛋50克黃油45克椰蓉100克糖45牛奶30克
步驟
1將全有材料混合揉勻,椰子油等麵糰出膜後加入,揉至擴展階段如圖

2成團細膩光澤28度一發

5翻邊捏緊,兩頭不用完全捏緊,捲起,發酵至8分滿或滿模都可以

6上火180下火200這是我家烤箱預熱的溫度,35分鐘左右出爐,時間主要看麵包的狀態
