豬皮: 500g, 水(4斤左右): 2000g

1準備好材料

2鍋加水燒開把肉皮用水焯一下

3撈出

4 用刀把肉皮內側油質刮凈、 也就是說兩面都須要刮凈

5 切成絲、放入鍋內加水燒開 不加佐料

6 燒開後把上面的浮沫去除 改小火、慢慢煮

7 煮大約一個小時左右、把肉皮 里的膠質熬出來

8 煮好後倒入另外一個乾淨的盆里 等待凝固

小技巧
隨便煮隨便做,如果做老了,需從新回鍋加水煮,如果做嫩了也需回鍋從新再煮一會兒、自己感覺口感合適就成功了。
