1五花肉洗凈,切半寸大的塊

2將切好的肉放入鍋中,開中火慢慢的煸炒

8熬糖色的時候,一定要開最小最小的火,先是冰糖慢慢融化

9然後是淺黃色,最後變成深棕色(這個過程千萬不要著急,慢慢來)
