3曬入低筋麵粉、呈Z字型攪拌

4蛋白放入無水無油的容器中,分三次加入白砂糖、打發到這個程度

5打發的蛋白分次加入蛋黃中、攪拌

6平底鍋稍稍加熱、倒入適量的麵糊、煎到圖片上程度可以翻面了、翻面再煎一會兒就差不多了
