原料
低粉: 250克, 淡奶油: 80克, 黃油: 60克, 鹽: 1.2克, 細砂糖: 45克, 雞蛋: 1個, 蔓越莓: 35克, 無鋁泡打粉: 8克, 蛋液適量: (刷康司表面用)
步驟
1麵粉和泡打粉混合後過篩;

2黃油切碎成黃油粒,混入麵粉里,用手搓成屑狀;

3淡奶油、雞蛋、細砂糖攪打均勻倒入麵粉揉成麵糰,把麵糰用手按扁,撒入蔓越莓碎,稍用手按一下讓蔓越莓粘住麵餅再對摺;

4把麵餅整成圓麵餅,把麵糰用手按扁,撒入蔓越莓碎,稍用手按一下讓蔓越莓粘住麵餅再對摺;

5壓成麵餅,放入8寸披薩盤切成8等分,塗上蛋液;
