小技巧
1、黃油加熱,千萬不要煮沸,以免水分流失,影響配方。(如果擔心掌握不好,可以隔水融化); 2、可以自選喜歡的堅果~ 也可以做最後拌完麵粉後,加入堅果碎一起拌近麵糊,但切忌過多攪拌! 3、最後棉花糖上色即可出爐,不要嚴格遵守烘烤的時間,觀察棉花糖上色狀態即可。
