泰柚: 2隻, 冰糖: 200g, 蜂蜜: 1000g, 礦泉水: 一小碗

1柚子兩個

3在柚子表皮上抹一層鹽刷洗乾淨,削下柚子皮,越簿越好

4削下一個柚子皮,只用三分之二就可以了。把皮切細絲,越細越好

5把切好的細絲用鹽腌一小時,沖洗乾淨,然後放開水裡煮10分鐘,倒岀來再放水龍頭裡沖洗瀝干備用

6把柚子肉剝出來撕成小塊

7把處理好的柚子肉放入乾淨無油的鍋中,加一小碗清水和冰糖

8冰糖化開後倒入柚子皮一起熬,中火大概熬一小時變粘稠。熬的時候要經常攪拌,以免沾鍋
9等放涼後加入蜂蜜,攪拌均勻後就成蜂蜜柚子茶了

10裝入密封罐里放冰箱冷藏儲存
