3小塊臘肉切丁

4熱鍋下油,下蔥花炒香後,再入臘肉丁爆炒,炒出香味後下蔬菜丁;把蔬菜稍稍炒變色後入兩匙海天生抽、適量鹽繼續翻炒一分鐘;後加入開水沒過蔬菜;等水開後加入一茶匙砂糖繼續煮3-5分鐘;待出鍋之前放入少量雞精與香油調味.
