3步驟一 將裡脊肉切成一指厚度

4步驟二 用松肉錘錘松,將肉錘至簿片

5步驟三 將芝士放入肉片的一端 肉片邊上抹點生粉 將肉片摺疊主要是要將芝士包裹住

6步驟四 雞蛋液加少許生粉和水調成一個蛋漿 將包裹了芝士的肉片掛一層蛋漿 以上這個步驟主要是讓肉片容易粘上壽司脆皮

7步驟五 粘好壽司脆皮的肉片入油鍋至兩面金黃即可
