原料
紅棗(開水泡軟切細): 60克, 雞蛋(全蛋): 75克, 白細沙糖: 60克, 細紅糖: 16克, 低筋麵粉: 75克, 高筋麵粉: 18克, 蘇打粉: 1克, 泡打粉: 1.5克, 安佳黃油漆: 35克, 大豆油: 35克
步驟
1全蛋,白糖,紅糖,攪拌均勻,用打蛋器打發,打發到狀態自然滴落約有2cm長就為打發好。建議約40度溫水打發,效果會更好。

2將配方表的四粉過篩加入第一步(打發好的蛋液中),攪拌均勻
