2調料汁: 將菜譜中調料汁所有材料倒進碗內攪拌混合均勻~

3材料洗凈,洋蔥,蒜,紅辣椒,蔥,切碎末,蘑菇切小塊裝盤備用~

4在豆腐條中間切兩半,慢慢輕輕擠出豆腐,在切成6塊,依次切好全部豆腐~

5切好的豆腐塊放入澱粉中裹一圈,鍋內倒適量油待油溫熱一個個慢慢下入,轉中小火炸至用筷子不時翻動(炸的均勻,以免粘連)炸至金黃色撈出裝盤備用~

6鍋內倒適量油放入蒜末爆出香味,放入洋蔥和蘑菇炒香,再放入紅辣椒,倒入豆腐塊~
