3慢慢加入100克的水,邊加水邊用筷子攪拌

7這時準備放在麵條里的其他材料:蛤蜊,冬瓜洗凈,冬瓜切薄片

8青菜,裡脊肉洗乾淨

11揉好的麵糰用擀麵棍擀成薄片,真的太好擀了,麵糰很筋道,無論怎麼擀都不費力也不破皮

12切好的麵條輕鬆一抖就很整齊的散開,一點都不粘粘

13準備一鍋開水,先焯蛤蜊,水開蛤蜊都開口後撈起蛤蜊,撇去浮沫,放入冬瓜煮7成熟

14放入麵條,用筷子輕輕劃散,煮開

17放入蛤蜊,這些步驟做完,大概3分鐘左右,此時麵條已經基本熟了,嘗嘗鹹淡,不咸就再加點鹽唄,然後,最關鍵的一步:淋一勺豬油麵湯中,ok,煮30秒後關火吧,哇塞,滿屋的香氣襲來
