1從羊腿上把肉剃下來,切丁待用

2胡蘿蔔切滾刀,待用

4胡玉美辣椒醬一大勺!

5蔥,姜,蒜,八角,香葉等香料洗凈瀝干水分待用 熱鍋涼油放入香料(香葉不要放)慢炒,待出香味,放入羊腿肉翻炒一會,然後加入兩大碗清水,大火燒開,撇去浮沫,加香葉,繼續大火煮,煮剩大半碗水左右,放入胡玉美辣椒醬翻炒!大火收汁,放鹽糖調味!(少放點鹽,胡玉美辣椒醬比較咸)一份美味的胡蘿蔔土豆燴羊腿肉就完成了!
