2洗乾淨去皮切塊

3隔水蒸熟

5烤箱盤底上先鋪一張錫紙

6錫紙上面再鋪一張烘焙紙上去!(以防番薯烤出的油粘在盤子上報廢)

7把蒸好的番薯用紙吸干表面多餘的水份!

8吸干水份,就放在烘焙紙上!

9擺好盤子

10預熱烤箱-上下火190度預熱10分鐘

11190度放入烤箱烤10分鐘後調到230度繼續烤!

12230度烤30分鐘後看顏色

13烤到微微焦黃就調回160度繼續烤一下,觀察看自己喜歡吃脆還是軟的,脆的就繼續烤久一點,軟的就不用烤太久,直接拿出陽台曬一下吹乾!

14由於我沒觀察,烤過頭,有些薄的烤焦了,其他的都很好吃,外脆里嫩!-涼了在放在盒子裡或者袋子裡

大家的烤箱溫度都不一樣,所以還是要仔細觀察烤的顏色!不要像我烤焦了!
