原料
豬肉: 300克, 蓮藕: 1小段, 蔥花: 少許, 芝麻: 少許, 鹽: 適量, 砂糖: 適量, 生粉: 適量, 芝麻油: 1勺, 油: 半勺
步驟
1把材料準備好,蓮藕切小丁,豬肉剁成肉末

2把剁好的肉末放料順時計拌勻,拌10分鐘左右,把蓮藕丁加入肉末中拌勻
