原料
菠菜: 30g, 盐: 适量, 胡萝卜: 50g, 黑胡椒碎: 适量, 橄榄油: 适量, 高筋面粉: 200g, 水: 111g, 盐: 3g, 细砂糖: 6g, 酵母: 4g
步骤
1.准备、称量材料,菠菜洗净,去掉粗的茎;胡萝卜去皮;

2把菠菜放在盐水里煮一分钟,稍微切几下;用水果刨把胡萝卜刨成片再切成细丝,平底锅里加一点橄榄油,小火加热,把胡萝卜丝放进去快速炒一下,加点盐和黑胡椒碎再炒几下盛起来备用;

3将高筋面粉、细砂糖、盐放进搅拌盆,搅拌均匀;加入菠菜和水,揉成团,盖上盖子静置15分钟;

4将面团展开撒上酵母,一边揉搓,一边使酵母与面团充分接触,揉搓5分钟至均匀;加入胡萝卜丝,继续揉6~8分钟; 将面团整理成圆形,盖上保鲜膜放进温暖的地方进行一次发酵,30℃约1小时;

5待面团大小膨胀至原来的约2.5倍;

6将面团排气,称量面团大小,将其分成6份,揉成圆形,盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟;

7重新揉搓出圆圆的、接缝光滑的外形,

8进行二次发酵32℃环境下,变为原来的2倍大小;

9预热烤箱190℃,烤制18~20分钟;
