原料
冰糖: 适量, 五花肉: 1k克, 八角: 2个, 生抽: 适量, 香叶: 2片, 干辣椒: 3个, 老抽: 少许, 姜: 2片, 葱: 3段, 桂皮: 1块, 蒜: 1掰
步骤
1肉切成如图的大小,入水焯一下,捞出

2捞出过冷水,把肉沫清洗掉
