步骤
1各种洗洗切切都懂的,里脊肉切小块状,+盐+料酒+淀粉(各1小匙)!忘拍了?腌制20分钟左右,+鸡蛋搅拌均匀,+适量淀粉到腌制肉没有蛋液,比较干!!! 不粘锅+食用油(足够炸肉就行),油至七分热,中火转小火炸肉,1小块1小块慢慢放,避免粘连!!!

2小火炸到肉熟透了,用网勺捞起沥干油!转大火加热油温!!

3油温到十分,重新把肉放进去炸1分钟,注意轻轻翻搅,避免过火!

5不粘锅留适量油,调制酱料(又忘拍了),番茄酱2汤勺+白糖1汤勺+白醋1汤勺(根据自己喜欢酸甜度调)+淀粉水适量,油锅加热倒入酱料搅拌均匀,+西红柿+青椒翻炒!
