猪肉(前腿嫩瘦肉): 500克, 菠萝: 半个, 地瓜粉或是生粉: , 盐: 少许, 生抽或是酱油: 适量, 白米醋: , 白糖: 三小勺, 蒜头: 三四小个, 鸡精: 适量, 亨氏番茄酱:
步骤
1瘦肉洗净切小块放入少许盐抓匀,第一次放入地瓜粉拌匀备用

2准备油锅热油,倒比平常炒菜多三到四倍的油。等炸好肉可以将剩余的油倒起来炒其他菜。

3开始炸肉前再裹第二次粉,多放点,太干了加一点点水裹匀~准备下锅

4将瘦肉炸至金黄色捞出沥干备用~在炸肉时可以来准备酱料

5取一小碗,倒三勺白糖

14油锅烧热后将酱料倒入

15再挤入将近半包番茄酱炒匀

16将油炸好的肉块放入翻炒几下裹匀酱汁

17再倒入菠萝翻炒几下就可以出锅。菠萝下锅后不能炒太久,若时间长菠萝会变很酸很酸。翻炒几下即可!
