6有时间可以将面糊盖上保鲜膜冰箱冷藏十五分钟再摊饼,口感会更好。这是从冰箱冷藏后拿出来的状态;

7不粘锅烧热转小火,无需加油,用勺子舀一勺面糊到锅里;

8面糊自动摊开形成圆形;
