1蛋黄加白砂糖搅抹均匀,加入牛奶和色拉油,搅拌均匀

4蛋白加入少许柠檬汁,用打蛋器打出大泡,分三次加入白砂糖,打至蛋白湿性发泡,如图成尖锋

5蛋白分三次混入蛋黄糊,切拌均匀

6倒入模具

7放入预热170度的烤箱中下层,15分钟左右如有少许开裂,降至150度,时间适当延长,25分钟左右,用牙签扎蛋糕体无黏液,取出立即倒扣
8芒果分两份,一份打成芒果泥,一份切成小粒

9蛋糕切掉表面,等切成两片,中间涂打发的奶油糊,夹进芒果泥,蛋糕体表现抹上奶油糊,根据感觉裱花即可,我把芒果粒放在蛋糕中间,围奶油花,表面撒少许开心果粒和白巧克力末,自由发挥啦
